Went there to replace a clicking sound under the hood. they said it was an exhaust leak I’m no mechanic so I said let’s do it. Got the truck back and it is still making the noise. They didn’t fix what I went in there for and now I’m out 500 dollars with the same thing happening.

I am a customer for life! Their service warranty is amazing. Took my 2007 car in last fall and had engine repair. This spring car wouldn’t start. Took it to Empey’s. They had it for 3 business days to find the problem. Fixed it and didn’t charge me a penny.

Thank you Empeys (Greg) for being professional, honest and hardworking! This is my 2nd time using Empeys for my auto needs. The first time I asked for a full diagnostic because I purchased a used SUV and wanted to know more about how she was treated & taken care of prior to me bc something was going on with her. After the critical issues we're fixed I got a full diagnostic report with pictures to let me know scheduled maintenance, condition and issues that I should consider getting fixed. I like this because I don't know much about a diesel engine except drive & put gas in it. Ha Now I feel safer knowing what could be potential safety issues and what maintenance my suv needs. Now every month or other month I call Greg, schedule an appointment, a driver comes and get my suv (Yay, I have 2 little kids) and then keeps me updated of the progress and bring my suv back home and park it. My advice... Don't neglect the one thing that makes you money and gets you from point A to B. Take care of the maintenance, stay ahead of preventive issues and depending on how you treat your car, she will be around for many many many years. Thanks Empeys for your great service.

Awesome friendly staff. They keep you up to date with repairs on your vehicle as their works progresses. Keep you in the loop in case they find something unexpected. Explain to you options and costs associated very well.
