Casy said everything was really good. Shane was pretty helpful. They got him all of the numbers he needed. The check engine light went back on so Shane told him he would run codes and let him know what was up with it.

Empeys do great work and are very honest with diagnostics. They have made the Ford pickup run better than when it was new.

Went to them to get some warranty work done on a part another shop messed up. When they returned my vehicle to me they had punctured the power steering hose and are denying responsibility. Left me with a 450$ repair that they caused the damage.

Kate said the staff was really informative, and they did not mind answering all her questions. They were awesome. They took care of her vehicle's problem, and it ran so well after she got it back. They are just great. They gave her a loaner vehicle to take home after they found out the vehicle would need to stay there longer. They just need to keep doing what they are doing.
