I received great customer service at this location. They were very honest and up- front about the process and I could approve or deny any suggestions along the way. I was also happy to have a loaner car while mine was being worked on! I would definitely come here for repairs again. The pricing was fair as well.

My car was screeching extremely loud and Empey’s said they could get me in right after I called them, they fixed it in less than an hour and I haven’t had any problems since. The staff were amazing and cracking jokes the whole time. It was an amazing atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done!!

I took my vehicle in to fix the sag over the back tires. They charged me $2100 to fix it. When I picked up my car, the issue had not been fixed and they refused a refund.
Hi Nicole, I'm wanting to get to the bottom of this. I checked my shop history and the last time I had a Nicole Wallace in was back in 2018 and we didn't work on any suspension. My wife and I were on a road trip from Arizona when we experienced a mechanical problem with our truck. The guys at Empeys got us in and made the repair, and had us back on the road in two hours. Knowing that we were just passing through, they could easily have over charged us. When we Googled how much the repair should have cost, we found that they charged us less than the average cost. We were so impressed that we sent them pizzas the next day.
