I like how they inspect the vehicle and then send a text identifying everything they found with either a yellow or red flag. Red for items needing immediate attention and yellow for less concerning items. I can select from the list the items I want them to address and then they send me an estimate for the work I requested for me to approve. If they run into additional problems while working on the vehicle they will contact me again to verify what to do. That keeps me very well informed of what work will be done and what the cost will be. The main problem I wanted fixed was fixed, the other items I can't verify since I can't tell from the drivers seat and I wasn't present when they did it. The only thing I can mark them down for is that normally I expect them to vacuum out the car and leave a nice smelling something hanging around but they didn't do that. That is a minor offense and I would rate them at a 4.5 if I could.

Got an oil change and they did a great job and at a great price they even cleaned the interior of my vehicle. I was super impressed I will definitely go here again for an oil change.

This is the second time I have used them for a problem with my 2000 Dodge truck. We were gong on a trip with friends and. Just hooked up the trailer and the truck wouldn’t start Three hours later am they had it fixed and we were off. Great work.

Had a problem with our steering becoming locked when one tire was wedged on the curb. Couldnt get the car started or even moved. Felt we needed to get it towed. Called Empey service and Bruce Empey talked us on how to resolve the issue. He was helpful and courteous and resolved our problem. Did not have to get it towed. So thankful to Empey service.

Empey’s Auto Repair Service is extraordinary. They have come to my rescue many times, most recently. I was in a parking lot when I hit the curb with my tire and my car locked up. I couldn’t even start it. So I called Empeys thinking I was going to have it be towed, and he knew exactly what to do to unlock this ignition and steering, he gave us instructions and I was able to happily drive away. They have always helped our family and been there on the spot whenever we needed them. And whenever we’ve taken our cars in there for service they do an excellent job and explain everything so thoroughly. Their service is just so much more personal and better than most other auto repair places.

From the initial diagnostic to the completion of the repair, both the experience mechanic and the service dept. we're professional and personable. I will recommend Empey's to all my family and friends.
