When the passenger door suddenly wouldnt close and we were 2 hours from home, I went online to locate a repair shop with high ratings. Not only was I lucky to locate Empeys but was extra fortunate they could locate the part and offered to fix the door immediately. Great service. Thank you!

I have always received great service at Empey's. The problem is they are so darn good, sometimes it takes a week or so to get in for service. On the last visit I was pleasantly suprised to be able to book a same day appointment. Greg, the service writer, is always patient and helpful in explaining things, and if you need a ride home you might find yourself riding with the owner. Truly a family run business.

Our car was towed to Empys for repair. Greg was amazing with communicating with us regarding the car and giving us explanations as to what may have caused the problem. We are going to do more business with them, including oil changes, which is better prices than big chain companies

I needed confirmation about whether I was due for a front brake pad change and they were able to confirm that my brakes are still in good working condition. They were able to tell me in a timely manner and I will certainly consider their company for an oil change when I’m due for one.

I was pleased with the service. I called to make an appointment and delivered to the car for the next day to the shop for spark, plug replacement and transmission service. It was finished the next day. They also assessed what other repairs I might need to take action on. I appreciated the fact they evaluated, my power steering and brake fluid conditions.
