Rob did a great job diagnosing my old 1985 chevy 1 ton to help me make some decisions on next steps for my little dump truck.

We are traveling through Idaho Falls and needed our onboard air compressor fixed which is installed on our GMC truck. I called Tim and he had a very customer focused approach to get me in to meet me tight schedule. Knowing that was our only vehicle he provided a loaner car while they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Their motto is we fix everything and I believe it! Great service, quality work and generally nice people to interact with. Bravo!

Tim and team were great to work with. I brought them an odd issue with an after market inboard compressor to our GMC 2500 Diesel truck and they worked through all the possibilities and got it working again and enhanced the connections to prevent the problem from happening again. They even met my tight/limited schedule and provided a loaner car! Great service and they really can fix anything!

I hit a pothole and the back end of my exhaust came off. I called these guys and they were able to get my truck in the following Monday and it was ready for me Tuesday morning.

Empey's Truck & Auto Repair has done great repair work on a vehicle that I had in the past and they have also done great repair work here in the present on my current vehicle. I would highly recommend to anyone to take their vehicles to this shop. They got my car into their shop the same day as I called them. Repairs were done without a long wait for it all to be finished. I plan to go there for oil changes now. They had a loaner van that I was able to use to keep life going while I was without my car. At Empey's they go above and beyond in other ways that I have never seen in going to other shops ever. Great customer service with good clear communication. After these great experiences at Empey's I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you to everyone there. M.I.

I am very disappointed in this place. I went in to get my driver's window fixed. They told me they can't get the switch for about 3 days which was fine so they just push the window up by hand and told me don't roll it down because it's not fixed. They charged me $191 just for them to pull the window up until the switch came in and then it would have been another 500 and something. I understand things cost money but for almost $200 to just push the window up and not fix it is a little ridiculous. I will never ever go back there or refer my friends and family to their place
