We were stranded far from home and Empey’s came through in a pinch. They were super helpful and friendly and worked with my local auto repair shop back home to find the warranty info on a part that failed prematurely. This prevented me from having to pay for the part, which was super helpful. Thank you guys for being reliable, friendly and all around a great business to work with. You helped save our trip!

Made an appointment for an oil change, arrived in my car was almost immediately taken in and within 30 - 45 minutes not only did they change my oil, but they didn’t inspection on the car for me. Having another work done later this week and they gave me a really good price on the aftermarket parts that I needed to have put on my vehicle. And today they contacted me letting me know that the supplier of said parts were out of the parts, but they found the same parts from another supplier and is having them shipped in. Unlike two other businesses which will remain unnamed didn’t even call me with an estimate on said repairs. And I went to those shops almost 2 weeks ago . I guess they didn’t want my money.

Worked hard to get me into a time slot that met my needs. Communication was excellent throughout the work being done. The fixes they recommended worked perfectly. Thank you!

We love Empey's. We've been returning for years. Greg, the service manager, goes above and beyond and makes you feel in very good hands. We never feel nickel and dimed. Empey's is way out of our way to get to, but we make the drive because we are confident in the service we get there.

I've consistently had great service at Empy's Car Repair in Ammon. Tim is fantastic to talk with—friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer all my questions. On one occasion, when I couldn’t find a way home, he personally helped me out, which really speaks to the level of care they provide. They recently called me about a potential air filter issue, and when I came in, it turned out to be nothing serious—but I truly appreciate that they’re proactive and take the time to follow up and resolve things quickly. That kind of attention and honesty is rare. On top of that, they cleaned and washed my car, and now it runs better than ever. Their customer service is top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Empy's to anyone in need of car repairs. You’re in good hands here!
