April and all the crew at Empys in Idaho Falls were fantastic! We had a break down and were very far from home (CA). Other shops weren’t answering their phones or told us it would be September (it was early August) before they could even look at our vehicle. From the moment April answered the phone she was friendly and helpful. They squeezed us in, evaluated the issue and kept us updated throughout the process, and got our vehicle repaired and back to us that week. If I lived in the area I would definitely use their shop. I had a grinding noise on the driver side. I thought it might be the brakes binding up. I looked over the front end and could not find a reason for the noise.I drove it to Emory’s to have them check it out and tell me what was wrong. They figured it out and notified my that the problem was the bolts on the transfer case came loose for some reason and one broke off completely. This caused the transfer case to break apart and resulted in the transfer case having to be replaced. I recommend anyone that news automotive work to go to them first. They are friendly, professional and have technical expertise. Thanks for your help.
