My daughter broke down in Idaho Falls while trying to move from Rexburg to Provo. I called 5 shops who were too busy to fit in an emergency repair. Greg at Empey's was awesome. He understood the dire situation and got her car checked in that evening and fixed the next day. Great communication, fair pricing, and caring service! Empey's Truck & Auto Repair is going to be my first choice auto repair shop from now on. I had problems getting my car to start this past week. A friend suggested that I should call Empey's and have them come pick it up and see what they could find. The tech checked the battery, starter, and alternator first. While checking the battery, he found a badly coroded battery cable. Replaced it and that solved the problem.

I like the communication I get from Empeys about what my vehicle needs. They explain things thoroughly and are respectful toward me.

Very clear and upfront about costs, possible scenarios to consider, offering alternative solutions and resources, and especially great at timely response/communication/customer service. (I can’t speak about the repair process because I chose not to move forward with repairs due the major cost of repair that my vehicle would have required.)
