Your facility reminds me of my old auto service place we used for 20+ years. It was also family owned. Nothing beats great customer service and excellent knowledge of your business.

While returning to Washington from a recent road trip, the electrical system in our motorhome quit near Idaho Falls. The vehicle was left at Empey's overnight and we were called the next day and told of the problem and repairs required. The staff was courteous, helpful and informative about what repairs were needed to put us back on the road. We appreciated having a shop where the staff cares about the small details and listened to our concerns. The remainder of the trip was uneventful thanks to the staff at Empey's. Good guys all around!
