My wife and I took our truck in to see how much it would cost to fix something. We were told it wasn’t under warranty and charged us $70 just for looking at it. We decided to go to a different shop and they looked our vin up and our car was under warranty. The other shop saved us $1000. We should never had to have paid $70 for something that was covered.

I've been using a piece for several years and not had any problems of them covering and fixing whatever was wrong

The technicians replaced the warranted part and there was zero charge for anything. Additionally, they documented other potential issues with the car which is very helpful.

Took in my 2018 Jeep for a big oil leak that was coming from my oil filter housing, was helped out by Greg at the front desk (excellent customer service) he explained everything in person and on the phone BEFORE and AFTER the service was done. Big thanks to the crew who worked on my car as of now the leak is gone. Definitely returning for future repairs and services. Thank you 🤙
