Had the truck for several weeks!! Always said we will get it in! Never did. I understand your busy just don’t lie. Went to pick it up gave the keys no sorry nothing. So basically didn’t give a $&@ that I have had no vehicle for over a month!!! So now I have to take it to someone else and be without a vehicle for some more time. Screw this place go anywhere else and you will get better people with better service!!!! ANYWHERE!!!!!!!! !!!!

Very nice folks. They noticed I didn't have a ride so the prioritized working on my vehicle so I didn't have to wait that much.

My car needed brakes, rotors and drums replaced and received excellent service. My starter motor needed to be replaced for a second time in less then a year. ( Originally replaced by Empy’s, turned out to be faulty part ) Thanks to warranty and customer care they replaced my starter motor again free or charge . Greg did great managing my case and worked hard to get me the best service and deals. Definitely Would recommend and go to Empy’s again !
