The employee there was very kind and friendly, which I appreciated very much. I took my Cruze in because of a coolant leak. They diagnosed it right away which was great, but when they called with a quote, it was much higher than I had budgeted for, which was ok. I told the gentleman over the phone to wait til the next day for me to decide how to proceed. I called the next morning and left a message saying I would pay for their diagnostics but I would have a friend help me replace the parts ourselves. Maybe an hour later I received a call from them. The work had already been done. They hadn't waited for my call like I asked, and I didn't have the money to pay in full. A few phone calls later, we worked out a payment plan, which I was grateful for but shouldn't have had to do in the first place. When I picked up my car, I took it for a 15 minute drive, and they hadn't followed the necessary procedure to fill the coolant properly, so my car was over-pressurized and spewing coolant all over. I had to go through the steps they hadn't taken the time to do to allow the air out of the system. Since then I haven't had any issues with the car, and everything seems to be working fine.
