I'm impressed. I was referred to Empey's by a work friend and wasn't sure what to expect. Greg took the time and came out to my car to see what was going on. I've never had someone do that before at other repair shops. They kept me updated every step of the way and told me exactly what to expect in fixing it and price. Greg was very professional and nice. They showed way more competency than the Hyundai dealership. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here.

Pick up and delivery is excellent if you have only one vehicle. The mechanics have been there a long time and I trust their recommendations. Have been using them for many years.

Very poor customer service over the phone

Empey’s took great care of us and our 2004 Audi Allroad Quatrro. They were quick, professional, and went out of their way to make us comfortable while we were stranded without a car. Thank you so much! We can’t describe what a wonderful experience we had!

Great place for truck repairs. I had two trucks that needed repairs. The ford garage had looked at it twice, could not diagnose the problem. Last week I stopped again with the same engine light on. They said they could not look at it until June 29th. A friend told me about Empey's. I called they told me to bring it in, told me an approximate cost. Had it repaired the next day, was exactly what they told me as far as cost. Nice people, great service. They also done work on a Toyota Pick up same result!! Great work!

Fantastic people , and they do a fantastic job

I loved my experience with MPs. Greg communicated clearly what would happen and how much it would cost. He called promptly throughout the whole process. After the repair, they even went the extra mile, washing and vacuuming my truck. My air conditioner is fixed, blowing cold air! I’m really happy with the customer service I received!!! Thank you!
