Excellent service to my truck. Gave me a good inspection, and detailed estimate to bring truck back to factory specs. Service was performed as promised and truck runs like new. Very happy with this team.

First, let me state that I am an auto mechanic and have worked on autos for 40 years. I recently found myself in east idaho visiting from Boise. My shop and tools are in Boise, darn so I had to take a truck to a shop for repairs (I had no tools). Well, took it to empy's and I took my own parts because those I could get. A long story short - EMPY's on Sunnyside added everything they could to the bill (multiple bogus charges). They played me - with multiple false charges to jack up the price. YES!! WARNING! I have done this repair a thousand times and this was an easy water pump replacement. I would never do to my customers what they do there. They play people like they are stupid and probably get away with it . WARNING! Stay Away - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't bother with a reply since it will be a lie.
