On a road trip across country, came into town for an unexpected medical emergency for my Mom. While she was being stabilized (stressful by itself), I started hearing some strange noises on our car, and felt the brakes chatter on steep downhills (added stress). Empey's name came as a recommendation from one of the hospital volunteers. I took the car to them, and not only did they diagnose the problem, they gave me a loaner car so I could still attend to my Mom, and then they fixed our car quickly so we could get back on the road without delay (stress reliever!). They were straight forward, helpful, and really professional. We made the rest of the cross-country trip without anymore car issues. We are so thankful they were there to help us, and appreciate the work they did in such a short time frame. Highly recommend them!
