I purchased a vehicle which immediately began having problems. It had to be towed (I called Empey’s). They went over the car with great care. They fixed the immediate problems and gave me a list of possible future concerns. I am so grateful for all the time and advice from them. Very courteous and professional.

Came in with a stuck oil pan plug, they did exactly as asked and oil change includes a free tire rotation, and that's why I keep coming back.

I have been taking my two vehicles to Empey’s for ten years and have been thoroughly satisfied every visit whether it was just an oil and lube appointment or major repair. Shane and Roland are really great about explaining what they are doing and informing me if they find another problem while performing the job they started on. They always keep me informed if the price is going to change and why. I would recommend Empey’s Truck & Auto Repair highly to anyone.

I took my van to Empey’s because I was told the brakes in the back were bad. Not only did they explain to me what the brake issue was but they had taken pictures to help with the explanation. I was promised a car to take home, so I would not be without a car after I dropped my van off. However, when I got to Empey’s, the car was still being used by another customer. One of the employees gave me the keys to his truck because the car wasn’t there when it was supposed to be. Empey’s did a great job and were quick and efficient. I had told Empey’s that my family was going on a vacation later that day and we needed our van by a certain time. I was told that they would have it done and it was. I greatly appreciate the hometown feel of Empey’s and the trust they have built with me and my family.

Becca said the service was done quickly. They employees did not keep her informed. They took a long time notifying when her service was done. She had to question her bill. The employees corrected the double charges.
