Got a transmission put in. Started having issues. They checked the fluid twice and did a diagnostics. Drove it and confirmed the issues. They told me they would call me back and never did. Went to another mechanic and the other mechanic found Empey's didn't put the seal in for the transmission filter and it was 3 quarts low on fluid. I will never go back and I'm disgusted at the poor excuse for customer service. They just wanted my money. They should have stepped up and checked things out, but instead charged me to diagnose the issue and never called to get it resolved. Very poor services and quality of work!
