The mechanics at Empey's are very thorough, and work in a timely manner. They were able to address the problem I was having, and made recommendations for other maintenance that was due. They did a great job fixing my truck. The only drawback is that they seem to be a bit pricy though.

My car was leaking massive amounts of coolant, and I wasn't sure I even wanted to fix it, it's given so many issues, but I took it in to have them check. They charged $40 to inspect it (which seems a little steep, but it was a very thorough inspection of the whole thing, not just the issue I brought it in for). Thankfully for me, they found out that the radiator cap was failing under pressure, so an easy, cheap fix. They gave good service, and were very clear on explaining what other issues the car had and what I could do about it.

Everyone very kind and helpful. Took great care of me and my car. Worked diligently in getting the parts I needed. The mechanic showed and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing.

i had a coupon which listed 5 items they would review for my ac system for free. I had them provide the service and they only did 3 of the 5 things listed on the coupon. Basically it was a look at it and then come back for an overly priced service in comparison to other shops around town. Including the dealership!

Eric said the business is good, however he had to take the vehicle back.
