Driving from Salt in our Older RV we found our air conditioning not working; we were dying in the heat. We had unsuccessfully called a few shops in Ogden & Brigham City. When we talked to the folks at Empey's in Idaho Falls, they said that they were really busy but that they would find a way to work us in. Suffice to say they took in our RV upon arrival and had us on the road with cool air within a couple of hours. Definitely a '10' and a huge thank you from Kelly Sheppard of Salt Lake City

Anthony said Carey, an employee at the business, asked one of the technicians to not go to lunch and do a smoke test on his vehicle due to time constraints. They gave his daughter a toy dump truck for her to have and play with. He said this business was pretty awesome. They went above and beyond to help him.

Worst experience of my life. Horrible customer service. We took it in 3 times and they still didnt fix it. Never going there again. I would recomend nobody ever going there you will be dissapointed and frustrated when you leave.

Stephenie said the business arrived within 10 minutes to tow her vehicle and it was repaired the next day. The employees are prompt, professional, and good to work with. They provided a printout of all the work her vehicle needed.

I am new to Idaho Falls and only had dealings with the local Ford dealership where I experienced high cost, long delays in fixing my car and unavailability of Ford parts. Empey's found my part and had it on their doorstep in less than 24 hrs, provided me with a loaner car, were professional and helpful - I've just found my mechanic! Highly recommend.

Roselyn said the business provided her with a car wash but she felt they could have done a better job. They did a really great job on her vehicle. She was quoted one price for the oil change and when she looked at her invoice, the final cost was different.
